I would like to support you to fulfill your very own professional and related private goals and wishes. Most of us know relatively precisely what they wish for. But sometimes there are good reasons convincing us, that those wishes are not realistic. Together we will find out, which of those reasons are really valid, and which are only imagined. My support to you I base on active listening, very focused questions to get your goals defined crystal clear, guidance to find more information around your goals, facilitating to take a decision which we will acid test together, then to define an action plan for implementation of your wishes and goals. We will evaluate together, which of your values and activities are proven and sound and should be kept, and which one could be learnt and acquired.

My professional qualification: I am a certified professional coach. Additionally I qualified as organizational psychologist. My first education as economist completes this foundation harmonically.

My personal qualification: I myself went through a period of self discovery.. After 15 years in the commercial world I discovered my passion for people development and continuously implemented that dream.

My personality: I am an open minded, optimistic person, who can adapt to all sorts of different personalities and cultures very easily. I can thoroughly understand how others are thinking and feeling. I am skilled in explaining thoughts and feelings and evaluate them from various points of view. I have a lot of patience to allow my clients the time they need. I take deep gratification from experiencing seeing your self fulfillment. If desired I can involve my creativity to inspire totally new options.
